Accountability

In academic settings, the students are accountable to the teacher.

In adult learning situations, accountability is mutual:

a) The facilitator è the learners for the design and process. The objectives and program should be clearly articulated, shared and evaluated.

b) The learners are accountable to:

• themselves,
• their colleagues and
• the facilitator
